The AWC process
Know what happens next.
From the first photos to the written scope, keep the condition, the work and the decision clear.
- 01
Show the concrete and its surroundings
Send the property address, wide and close photos, intended use, drainage history, access route, known utilities, prior repairs, and proximity to sidewalks, curbs, alleys, or streets.
- 02
Verify limits and site conditions
We separate observed damage, private-property limits, public-right-of-way questions, base and drainage assumptions, related work, exclusions, and concealed-condition approval points.
- 03
Build the approved scope
Approved work is sequenced with required permits, utility or boundary verification, access protection, demolition, concrete placement, curing, and related restoration included in the proposal.
For owners, managers and HOAs
Make approval
and access straightforward.
Share who can approve the work, which areas are affected and how access is coordinated. For managed properties, include any existing reports and the approval process. AWC can then separate observations, assumptions, proposed work and exclusions.
For settlement, drainage, driveway, public-edge, occupied-property, structural, multi-trade, or unclear conditions that need field verification, AWC may recommend the $250 Site Evaluation + Written Bid Package. The fee is credited back if the proposed work is approved within 30 days.
